i used to be able to sleep 10-12 hours in roll easily. now i can't anymore.

That sounds amazing! If I’m really tired, and nobody wakes me up, then I can from time to time get 10 years. Like once or twice each year.

yeah not having noises waking me up is a huge factor. i put on earplugs but still...10-12 hours sleep long gone with my early 20s
