So it's been a bad day for me. I phone just stopped working! I spent all day on the phone with customer support to fix it, went into the store and spoke with someone, and nothing fixed me phone! I was so mad about having to possibly buy a new phone. I just can't afford it right now! So I decided to watch some youtube tutorials, and bam! My phone is on the way to fixing itself! Just hoping it works.

I hate when that happens I mean my phone is meant to be able to recover but I once dropped mine in a toilet it's fine but it is a iPhone XS aka 10. I hope it works and yours is fixed.

I have the Iphone 8. It's trying to update to fix my phone, because it won't turn off or on. But it froze during the update! Ugh

I hate that. and yeah newer versions think the 11 is the latest now and they are are expensive.

Yeah the restore to factory setting didn't work.. I'm so bummed!

Oh no I hope it can be fixed because a new phone will be expensive.

After having no phone for 24hrs, has to take it in to sprint and have them look at it. They reset my phone in 20 min!! I lost everything on it, including the very last pics of my brother before he died.. but I have a phone and I guess that’s all that matters.
