I havent been sleeping very well either the last few nights. im turning into a zombie again with the lack of sleep going on. not a fun feeling. no idea why im not sleeping

That's not good
do you take any medication? Sounds like if you don't -- than you might want to take it up with your doctor where it sounds like you might need itThough bad effect is become dependent on it  I now can't sleep without it generally__________________

yes ive tried OTC and prescription nothing worked on me. it would for like a day or two but then my body would get adjusted to it and stop working. he suggested yoga to help relax me. but I couldnt get into that. therefor I am still having issues sleeping.
