For Canada it's also Nov 12+ so you don't need to wait at all.

They've already released a timeline on the estimated releases, some just more concrete than others.

Depends which part of Europe you fall under, but western Europe would be the first half of 2020 (Quarter 1 & 2).

I know I thought Canada would be first 4 months of 2020 but than a real life buddy corrected me with an article that assuming was from D23 where USA/Canada and Netherlands on the same day of Nov 12th
