The after David picture isn't showing up..the one before the McDonald's logo. It says the pic has been moved or deleted.

On a personal note...It seems as if we are getting lots of rain bands from GUSTAV and the weather sticks. Not because of the rain...but because it keeps taking my internet out. *sigh* So I don't know how much I'll be able to actually post as twice this evening, I got on but as I started to post, the weather got heavy and net went out Have I mentioned how much I'm hating satelite internet? Our Directv doesn't go out as often and the installer said that it's less sensitive than regular satelite tv

Then there's HANNAH out there and the weather people don't have a clue where it's going
Oh, and there's another tropical wave they think will form a depression, which can move into a storm and then hurricane. *banding head on desk*
We'll see how it goes.

I fixed the picture ...for now... I don't know what happened to the other image -- someone probably reported it for a terms-of-service violation -- after, all, David is nude... It's really not funny at all without both pictures.

I wish you would send some of that rain in our direction -- we need it! I sympathize with your internet problems. I don't know what I would do without cable-access.

Just a little update...
Hannah is passing us tonight. If anything, we might get a little rain, but I think we are little too west for that, though we do have some cloudiness tonight.
The big one everyone is concerned about is Ike. Already it's a category 4! The Weather Channel says it's going to all about timing. If he slows down, then FL might be in some trouble because of some front or something or another coming from the west. And they are anticipating for it to slow down/weaken. *sigh* Right now, it could possibly really mess up South FL. My position now, I'm uncertain if it's really going to be a concern for us, but of course all of us have learned from past mistakes and are preparing. My hubby will be working extra this weekend as they are doing some evactuations to the prisons down south before hand. They've already done the one where we just moved from in prep of Hannah and even though it isn't affecting us as predicted, they are keeping it that way until after all of this from what I understand. I'll update as I get more info.

Then there's Josephine. But they are saying that it will most likely stay out in the ocean *crossing fingers*

Oh, and then there's another tropical wave behind Josphine.

It looks as if that we'll once more bypass anohter hurricane IF Ike stays on target. It really depends on what it does once he hits Cuba. ut right now, they have it going into the Gulf. Might get some rain, but we'll just have to wait and see *whew* Boy, this is a stressful hurricane season.
