OMG! Kyle and Isabel are one of my fave couples to ship. HTey are great together. I always wondered why they never got together in the beginning, I mean she was popular and he was a jock. Makes sense. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

I was watching 'A Tale Of Two Parties' last night and the In Crowder love hit me all over again. He wanted her too late!!!!! Why did the writers do that to us? To them?

I love how Isabel and Kyle grew in their relationship from S1 to the series end.
Both popular to start out with, both barely giving the other the time of day, both sort of 'I'm a bit above everyone else'. Then then all of the alien hunting began, Kyle was shot and things changed. Popularity no more, the aloofness was so much less because both became loners do to circumstance, and Kyle and Isabel felt a bond with one another. That they found compainionship and laughter with one another makes me smile. I actually think she was more at home with Kyle then Jesse. And she had no secrets from Kyle. In fact Isabel went to Kyle before anyone else to discuss her dreams of the 'familiar man' later known as Kivar. The writers did both characters and the fans a grave disservice by not placing them together in S3. Jesse was a bust. The storylines could have been Kyle as well as Liz developing new powers and Isabel's attempts at helping him cope, instead of the 'oh I married a human and he doesn't know I'm alien' thing they tossed us.
