Exactly! I wonder post-Aglaeca if there will be like a couple days of a time jump...or if it's just gonna keep on going like..."OKAY ALMOST DIED yesterday... what's next??"

What if the Aglaeca is like some gatekeeper and when she goes away (hopefully in peace) , like all the other ghosts come out (good and bad) come out and start causing trouble? Like the Aglaeca was the only thing holding them back??

I'm nowhere near as good as those people that make icons with a colored background or textures. That involves Photoshop tools I'm not familiar with

. I just crop, sharpen and resize a cap like I do with gifs, then add coloring. They're not perfect, but since icon making isn't as big of a deal as it once was (one of the best parts of a new episode was looking for new icons on LiveJournal; today people look for new gifs) in fandom, I try to make some here and there when I'm able.

I think Ace is more of a Oz/Xander/Giles/Willow mash-up since he has qualities of each. Nick and Xander really aren't a great comparison. I'm not really sure he compares with anyone. Maybe a little bit of Riley? IDK. I don't think there's a direct comparison at all. Book!Ned might be closer to Willow/Giles. Bess...yeah definitely a combo of Cordelia and Willow. George also has some of Cordelia and Anya.

But I get what you're saying.

I really don't think the characters carry over other than the fact that they all team up to take care of business.

Yeah I think you're right. I just know at least of the showrunners is a diehard Buffy fan and that may have influenced the shaping of some characters and the way they are written.

It's hard to deny the Oz/Ace comparisons though. AS even delivers some lines just the way Seth Green did.
