Why is the show so different than the novels?
They're dealing with real ghosts instead of just hoaxes like the books do, and Ned was convicted of manslaughter. Why not stick to the books?

 You can discuss it here.I haven't read the books. But I feel like they wanna change it up a bit. Deal with real ghosts instead. Which I'm liking very much. I like to see what the ghosts will be up to. I'm not sure how it was for Ned in the books either. __________________

Teen fantasy seems to be CW's brand. Plus the general trend of making things darker and edgier, as demonstrated by Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Well also the Charmed reboot
 But I honestly love all the things I've seen that is on the CW. This show is very interesting to me. So I don't mind much how they're doing it so far. __________________

Everyone is still under the impression Ace is one of the Hardy Boy's. If that turns out to be true, maybe he will leave to be apart of a Hardy Boys spin off? Time will tell.
