Do you have any idea where the houses for Nancy and Ace are? I know they used real exteriors for Ace...but it seems like they built a version of the exterior or Nancy's house at the studio...but obviously there's a real location it's modeled after somewhere.

Ah I do not! I feel like residential stuff is harder to pin down.

I googled around a bit and this has a few more locations listed but neither of their houses.

It's funny they actually used Whytecliff Park in the finale for some of the dreamscape stuff. The part with George and Nancy Hudson was filmed there and I'm PRETTY SURE the Nancy/Ace stuff was filmed there too. I think that's where the Bluffs on the show are technically located but I can't be 100% positive.

Yes, the Bluffs are totally the Whytecliff Lookout Point. Here's a video:

I mean obviously they use some movie magic...but you can see certain angles they used for the 1x16 flashback and the Nancy/Ace dreamscape moment.

Oh thanks for finding that video! I poked around Google streetview one time trying to find the bluffs but it was hard since streetview doesn't show parks too well. That video makes it super obvious that's where the bluffs are.

Sometimes when I'm really bored I like to go to a random place on Google streetview in a random place and just walk around. Maybe I'll try that in Horseshoe Bay next time and see what I can see.
