So you stopped after Season 6 then? I watched until the end, but to be honest...the last couple of seasons I just watched certain scenes because the storylines were just awful.

ive seen clips from later seasons it was decent , it just felt weird without peyton and lucas which is funny cause i didnt particularly love their characters but i dont like have a lot of newbies come into the show and season 7 was a whole lot of newbies

It's alright.

I stayed mostly for Haley. She was my favorite character. I did love Nathan/Haley too, but they pulled so much nonsense with them...it was very hard to even like Nathan at points.

Maybe not some of those later episodes though. Nathan was only in half of Season 9 and Season 8 had some questionable things going on.

Way too many side characters getting big plots.

Remember how Chris Keller was a regular the last couple of seasons? Like OKAY. He was public enemy #1 in Season 2. Mark was sooo weird with all these side characters running around.

that was utterly ridiculous!

I honestly do think about going back and doing a proper rewatch one day. I would probably skip some stuff later on though.

A rewatch would seriously be fun...but MAN...I could not watch some of those other storylines.

That was like daytime soap opera level stuff! The show really jumped the shark more than a few times.

Those first few seasons though were iconic. (despite some problematic storylines) The music alone..

Yeah the high school seasons were the best...even with some hard to swallow storylines...there was still so much heart there. The music is legendary. Nothing can even compare to OTH's codas.

Jump the shark? Heck the show WAS the shark at this point.

I did like Hayley to but i missed seasin 1 Hayley the sassy one .

Oh my god the storyline in the show haha dans heart .. but one of my fav episode was the shooting one they did it so well
