Episode Discussion

Nancy (Kennedy McMann) and the Drew Crew are still reeling from witnessing the visions of their deaths.
They realize even more so now that they need to come up with a plan to stop the Aglaeca before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, Detective Tamura (guest star Ryan-James Hatanaka “Nurses”) shows up at
The Claw to bring Nancy in for questioning as she is now a suspect in a mysterious comatose girl’s assault.

Hey everyone! I decided to start this thread a couple of days early so we can "tailgate" a little for the premiere! (Episode discussion threads will normally probably go up Monday night or Tuesday night depending). It has been NINE months since the last episode aired and most of us were not even here. In fact, I was still a lurker. I am absolutely thrilled at how far this board has come since then. No matter what happens, I will never regret hanging out with you guys!

So let's have a little bit of fun!!

Whoo! I definitely wasn't here while the show was airing before and it'll be super fun to have a place to discuss, speculate, and maybe complain

in real time.

I definitely hope for some Ace and Nancy content and some spooky/darker stuff. The promo looks scary, so I have some hope there! I hope we don't get anything too soapy or too relationship-drama heavy and I realllyyy hope Nick and George stay stable and don't have too much drama right away.

Yes, to all of this. Ace/Nancy content is a MUST (I mean it's been 9 months!! FEED ME ALREADY!

) and I would love the show to play up the dark and scary elements more.

And totally. Nick/George need to just be together and if there's some external issues...they work through them together without outside interference. Just say no to soap opera elements and romantic geometry.

But I feel like early on the Aglaeca will be the center of attention and as a result certain things will be exacerbated since they could die at any moment: All the stuff with Carson/Nancy which I think Ace will heavily involved in, all the new revelations about Ryan/Lucy, (although she needs to clear the air first with Carson before she gets really involved with Ryan IMHO), the fact that Nick/George JUST got together and their time might be short and the fact that Bess is now on the brink of Marvin heirdom and doesn't want to die before she is truly "part" of the family. In fact, I could see Bess breaking up with Lisbeth to "protect" her or something...because I def think they are not lasting.

I think all this stuff with the Aglaeca will make them both stronger as a group but also bring about some uncertainty. It could be an interesting dichotomy. I hope you guys understand what I mean.

So...yeah....

This is very true! I think some things (pretty much everything you listed) will move pretty quickly because of this.

I'm still not sure if I'm actually going to be watch it live (meaning waiting through the commercials) or start 20 minutes later and fast toward through them.

I rarely ever watch anything live anymore except sports and news...but it might be fun to live tweet/blog or something.
