For me, it depends on the interviewer. I have a few I will watch every time. Like James Corden.

He's fine since he always ask good one, and other interviewers, I gonna think of one, but def not Jimmy Fallon since he just awkward..

And I feel like Stephen Colbert sometimes ask good questions, but sometimes he asked what other asked same thing..

I don't like Colbert. Fallon is okay, but not my favorite.

Ellen of course is one of the best.

Kimmel is alright too! He's pretty funny.

I like Colbert, but it depend on the day.. But Fallon is alright, but still awkward to watch it bec he always laugh at almost everything.. I was like hmm okay..

I find Colbert a little rough and more serious than the others. Fallon does laugh at everything.

Even tho I felt w/ Colbert, he always focus on important issue than their project since he always like to hear their thoughts and stuff like that.. And oh man, that's why I can't take Fallon anymore..

I love it when a friendship has their own handshake.

I don't know if I remember correctly. But I think I read somewhere that Tom and Jacob got to come up with the handshake on their own.
