I love the title of this episode lol. I hope Nate's sick ass gets what's coming to him in this episode but I still fear Maddy will forgive him and be in his corner. Unless she is the reason he gets arrested, but even then I feel she will just get over it.

Thought it was very typical out the Nate/Maddy sl played out. of course he dined and put the blame on Maddy.

OMG Rue/Jules getting matching tattoos I like how everyone is ok with them being in a relationship. Glad Rue has Ali too tho, cause he is giving her good advice on the reality of the situation. Rue/Jules/Lexi going skating was cute.

Also i'm intrigued by Rue/Lexi I think they might happen at some point. It was big of Rue knowing she hasn't been a good friend to her and wanted to fix that.

Kat is out of control for no reason and it makes no sense and her blowing off Maddy. to give some random guy a blowjob. at this point Ethan deserves better.

Mackay/Cassie really need to talk and put everything out in the open.

I liked how they showed off female sexuality, including Rue masturbating. I get why parents would be upset,but they need to grasp that this is what their kids are doing. Tbh, I don't see how some of this is generational. I'd say it applies to the last two generations, too.

Kat is such a . She cares more about seeming sexy instead of trying to clear things up with a good, sweet guy who likes her the way she is. He really does deserve better.

Cassie and McKay do need to clear things up,but he'll probably leave her if he finds out that she made out with another dude in public.

I didn't hate this episode, but it's definitely my least favorite one so far. Yeah, don't care for Kat anymore. I agree that Ethan deserves better, she's being a b*tch to him for no reason but wants to be a blow up doll for complete strangers. I knew Maddy would either not press charges or still forgive Nate. I didn't think the charges would happen the way they did but I just couldn't see her pressing charges. Maddy is so damn pathetic. She's dependent on and wants to be the punching bag for a psychotic, violent, lunatic on the down low. He's shown he doesn't give really a crap about her, he said she was dead to him and choked her, but was only "sorry" when she had something on him with the penis pictures on his phone. They both make me sick.

I hope Jules speaks up about what he did to her or Rue finds out (even though I'm glad she already suspects something) I really hope this sick bastard doesn't get away with everything he does. As for Rue/Jules, the ending to last week's episode was so beautiful but this episode Jules was already acting off. Now I see what another poster here and Ali means about Rues being so dependent on Jules and her sobriety being connected. If it doesn't work out, I can easily see Rue relapsing but I hope she doesn't do that if her and Jules don't work out. It's also even more obvious now that Lexi has feelings for Rue so I wonder if she will run to her if Jules doesn't want to stay in a relationship like this with Jules. I hope next week's episode is better. It sucks it revolves around McKay (I'm starting to find him boring and pointless) but I'm glad it seems to be Halloween themed, I love Halloween episodes lol.

this ep made me so sad it started off so well, with Rue being so happy about being with Jules finally, and immediately getting matching tattoos of their ship name "we're gonna take things slow" yeah I can see that
sadly to Rue, Jules really is like a drug and it is not healthy it also puts so much pressure on Jules and she's really feeling it now, after Lexi told her Rue's feeling better bc of her. it is such a co-dependent relationship right now and Jules isn't really enjoying it. she probably wouldn't leave Rue since it might cause her to relapse and that's not something she could live with but being in a relationship that way is really bad too



I think they really need to talk cause Rue should think things through. it's not fair to Jules that she's basically her key to survival. she should not want to stay clean just because of her bc that is not gonna last or it'll ruin them both. also I wish Jules would talk to Rue about what happened with Nate but she probably doesn't wanna drag her into it cause she might try to fix it somehow and cause even more trouble ugh it's so messed up...


about Maddy, it's so typical of abuse victims to still feel attached to their abuser, sadly she deserves so much better but she doesn't believe it.


also I think what Kat is doing is pretty natural too. she feels empowered right now and wants attention. she doesn't want a normal relationship with a nice guy bc she likes being talked about. I think very soon it will end badly for her bc guys will take advantage of her and she's not gonna like that but that might be too late then...

I do have some sympathy for Maddy. It's not easy to be in an abusive relationship. You want to leave, but you're dependent, afraid and in denial. It has to get to a point before she sees what everyone else is saying to her. If he tries to kill her again, then she has her answer.

I love that Rue is openly bisexual. I want her to be with Lexi if Jules leaves her. As much as I love them, Jules is anxious and unsure.

McKay is dull and boring, not to mention weak. I feel like none of the guy characters aside from Fez is even remotely interesting. Cal kind of is, but he's also a creepy, disturbing pervert.

The only female characters I really like are Jules and Rue. I didn't really like Rue's behavior in the beginning, but she's grown since then. I don't think we've seen enough of Gia for me to have an opinion. Same with Lexi.

What happened to that random friend of Maddy's? She just vanished. She's like Tina and Ginger on Riverdale. Also, if Kat's life is so crappy,how is she friends with the cool kids? I mean, no one really dislikes her,she just had bad luck with boys.

I think in Kat's case, as far I can tell from personal experiences and lots of other tv shows before, the cool girls are kind of keeping her around cause she's reliable, they might even copy her hw (though there's barely any talk about struggling with the studies on the show), they could ask her for favors and such. at least that's been my impression. but when it's just them they probably make fun of her

That actually makes sense. She wouldn't be insecure unless there was a reason, but they didn't show one. She was even sitting with those jackoffs at the party. Only Jules seems to actually want to be her friend.

Not my favorite episode just because I think he nate/maddy stuff took up a lot of it, but it was interesting how they wrote it and how it played out.

Of course Nate got off scott free.

I am disappointed that Maddy lied for him. I didn't think that was in her character to do that.

Kat was an awful friend this episode blowing off Maddy when she asked for help. Def. starting to dislike her a lot.

I JUST LOVE LEXI OKAY AND I WANT MORE OF HER.

Ill say it again... McKay sucks.

Also dont like that Rue is clearly more into jules then vice versa.

I knew Maddy would cover for Nate choking her out cause they have an abusive relationship and she always goes back. They have this sick and toxic back and forth thing they do. I remember people kept thinking she would destroy Nate for choking her but I knew her pathetic ass would cover for him. So I don't think it was out of character, she seems to be another battered girlfriend with all the symptoms of staying with her abuser. I remember this episode made her dead to me, fine with ruining people's lives for a prick that doesn't give a damn about her and uses her as a punching bag and beard. I also started to hate Kat more and more as the season went on. She became a huge b*tch for no reason.
