Degrassi.

Skins

Slide (this was an australian show very similar to skam imo but a bit more lighthearted/funny)

Dance Academy/Backstage - ^both dance shows but have a similar vibe with focusing on different characters.

The LA Complex

The Lodge and Girl Meets World have similar vibes too but are set for a more younger audience.

I heard the show Young Royals on netflix is really good! i don't know if it's really similar to Skam but it has a gay storyline and all the skam fans on twitter are loving it
