There's been some talks about maybe some characters being "blocked" from having a season because of like copyright issues but also because if Julie, the creator of SKAM, ever wants to do a season of said character they want it to be original in a way. So I feel like a shared season with like 5 episodes or 3 episodes each kinda solves that issue.
