Juliana I don't think Mel had an issue with you doing it, it was simply the confusion over you not saying it beforehand . No one knew you were working on it, so as Mel said, someone else could've come in & said they were doing it. Could've even finished it before you did & you may have missed your chance. Most boards I've seen these threads on do ask you say you're going to do it before you do work on it for that reason. Even if you then end up editing that same post because you finish before someone responds
