I like hearing about the casting but I really don't want to be spoiled, as with a crime/drama show like it is, I think it would really ruin the eventual reveal of events.

But I think events will change to the show for entertainment purposes and to still surprise those of us who have read the books. Like the change in having Candace in season 2.
