I definitely think Joe is only sticking with Love b/c she's pregnant. You could see his feelings were conflicted when he found out she was nutty & it was only after she told him she was pregnant did he start thinking he should work things out for the child.

I was bummed out that Forty died. He could be douchey but he was funny!

Also really sad that Ellie's left alone without Delilah. Wonder if she'll show up again to possibly try to get revenge at some point.

So I just finished S2 last night, and I'm on the same page.

I don't think Joe really loves Love, or really loved Beck, or Candace. He's extremely mentally disturbed and projects the perfect fantasy onto these women, and he needs to feel in control. Beck wasn't "accepting" Joe's murders so he couldn't control her or keep up the fantasy, so he killed her. He was just about to do the same to Love because she's also nuts and that ruins Joe's good girl fantasy, I think the only reason he's with her now is because she's pregnant.

So Joe finding a new woman to creep on makes perfect sense to me. He isn't capable of an actual relationship once the chase is over and he learns too much about the woman's real personality.

I knew it wouldn't happen but I wanted Forty to out Joe, I wanted Candace to out him too, I wanted Delilah to out him, even though I knew it wouldn't happen because the show wouldn't be able to continue. But at least he's not happy, Joe is very fun to watch but he is a horrible disturbed person. There's no way his family man life in the suburbs is going to be happy. I think Love is going to get more unhinged too.

I thin Joe might see himself as his father, Love his mother and their child as him. While he'll do anything to protect his child and love her or him I think he'll be thinking what they end up like him and his parents were and that would be the most frightening thing to him

I can't say he doesn't have good odds of turning out kind of like his parents. His mum constantly lied to him to cover up what she was up to, and his dad was violent. I don't think Joe would hurt his child, and he wouldn't *want* to hurt his child's mother for the sake of the kid, but he didn't "want" to hurt people like Beck either.

I dont see Joe ever for the simple fact that she's the mother of his child. He would be his father if he ever he never wants to be like him. Now if she tried to kill him that might be a different story but I dont see that happ3ning either
