I think season 2 is new characters and maybe season 3, depending on the third book will bring things full circle and bring Joe back to New York?

I expect season 1 cast to make an appearance definitely at some point. Especially if and when the investigation leads them to Joe. I just don’t see them as regulars/recurring anymore.

Pus they brought in the detective, so I"m curious if he'll interrogate or talk to Claudia and Paco, being that they were Joe's neighbours.
