Neither was I to be honest. Not that anyone deserves to die but he was an abuser who hid behind his 'job' as a corrections officer. Not okay!

I don't know about US justice system but here in Turkey, laws at times tend to work in favor of abusers.

Of course noone deserves to die but there are news stories about men abusing children, forcing their hand in marriage at such an inappropiate age due to how their parents give consent, and in turn they end up killing their husbands. Or women who face domestic violence, even if they testify cannot be protected and end up getting murdered. Sadly this happens more often than one might expect, even at this age.

When justice system fails sometimes people feel they have no other choice. Ron, using his position to continue his abuse...I can see how Paco is traumatized and would go that far. From Joe's perspective what is one more body to hide, I guess.

Theres no excuse for abuse. Just not on. Joe killing him was actually justifiable.

He did create a good dynamic though in not being killed right away for Joe to show Paco how he could 'save' him in the end.
