[Brighter Than Sunshine]

I saw a movie last night that totally changed my life, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind.

I've heard about that movie, with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet. I always thought it seemed like a cool movie. Why did it change your life?

Cris, we were playing Barcelona. Home to Rhonaldino, Messi, Etto'o and Henry. It's funny that i was hopeful of a win against this team but at the same time not delusional. And I know that not everyone else (read everyone but Nora and jen) knows much about football but Celtic Park on those European Champions League nights takes on a different atmosphere, a different persona even, where pretty much anything is possible. Celtic haven't been beaten at home in the Champions League, since September 15th 2004. We've beaten Cpenhagen, Benfica (twice), Manchester United, held AC Milan to a draw and beat them, FC Shakhtar Donetsk and Spartak Moscow. So pretty much anything is possible when you beat the current holders of the trophy.

So i was hopefully optimistic. And for a 78 wonderful minutes, We could have had a draw. And for 51 of those wonderful minutes, we were winning.

But, those names I mentioned are players of class, and although Rhonaldino maybe not be as good as he used to be, he's no Kaka. It was a joy to watch.

The game was great, we may have been beaten by IMO the best team, the team with the silkiest footwork, but it wasn't a total loss.

We've managed to score one more goal against Barcelona than we did the last time we played them, or passing was poor, too many mistakes. But we were beating Barca at two stages of the match.

Maybe it's the DJer in me, hence the hopeful optimist that says we're out of the competition if we don't go for it in Barcalona so we need to go out with all guns blazing and do something we've never been able to do in the Champions League. WIN away from home.

But to be honest. I think Barca will win the Champions League.

And now I am done with my football ramble.



I have S1 of the office. will try and watch one this weekend.

Oh I know that feeling. There's just something almost magical about those nights. We had the priviledge of beating Bayern Munich 2 times at home during the German Cup (2-1 and 4-2). There simply is nothing better than watching those arrogant twits leaving the pitch with their heads down. During those games all the normal rules are off, I definitely agree with that.

I'm sorry Celtic got kicked out, Karen. Let's hope Bremen will beat R****** in the UEFA Cup.

Nora, we're not out yet. Didn't you read. The hopeful optimist DJer says it's not done. We only need to beat Barca by 2 goals in the Nou Camp. There's another story. Only time in the past 5 years we've not been beaten away fome home in the Champions League was when we drew at Barca in 2004.

OK, good news: the bank has already conceded to me the credit Now I only have to find my house I saw one yesterday. Not bad, but didn't impress me neither. I hope to see a couple of them more this evening as well, and a couple more along the week Wish me luck!

Also, COGEIN (the ones who sold me the apartment I'm giving up) called me yesterday to tell me that they would contact me ASAP to explain me how we have to make the cancellation of the contract. Let's see what they have to tell me

I've seen this movie twice and I like it alot. It is lik eyou can not cahnge your destiny but more than this.
