Well, I am going to see Bruce Springsteen tomorrow, can't wait. It starts at 7:30 and there's no support act. I have a feeling it's gonna be a 3 hour concert at least.

Then HP on Wednesday. Mairi and I have been re-watching all the movies this past week in preparation.

Not gonna get to see HP this week. I'm not that excited about it, though, as it's my least favorite book of all. Maybe next week or so.

Nora - Mairi and I were not really looking forward to it a few monthsback and had decided not to go see it as i read a review saying it'd be more aptly titled Harry Potter and The Hormones! But then when I saw an advert for it I thought I had to see it. I just hope it;s not as bad. My fave book is HP3 and I feel they killed the movie.

Thanks Bea - The concert was great. I didn't know that many songs actually, but it was still great.

Maddie - How's the new job going? 2 years ago I don't think I went to any concerts, but this year I have 5 and it's all people I'd never seen before. I do try to go and see some each year though.

They finished 3rd last season. Which means they won the league for the also-rans. So I'd say it was probably a good result, they're a not bad side. Given us a fair share of problems but then, we've been crap for a while. Things are looking up though with our new manager...I'm looking forward to the new season.

Sounds good. Can't wait for next season as well. Our new stadium is almost finished. First game is in 3 weeks, totally excited.

Now I only need Smallville back (is it September yet?

) and I'm good. Five months without Lois and Clark is way too long for my taste.

Well, I never compare the HP books with the HP movies, since by the time the movie is out, I don't remember very well what happened in the book

So I use to like them

But I didn't like much the last two books, so I'm not expecting much of the movies. Althugh I am sure they will be entertaining

Bea - for some strange reason I tend to retain a lot of the info from the books. plus I have read all of them aside from 7 more than once.

One is a tad tipsy at the moment as it was her leaving night and she's had a lot to drink.
