Yay! Lots of ROA fans is very good! I think the thing with that movie is that most of the people that liked it really liked it, since it's certainly not the kind of movie that you easily forget. So if you remember it for good (well, you know, or ROA's version of "good"... ) reasons, then it's sure to stick with you. I'm sure it's definitely destined for cult status.
Karen- hmmm. That sounds like cheating if you ask me, but I won't get you for it since technically I haven't really chosen yet either. (ssshhh!! ) __________________

"Varsity Blues" gets my vote for favorite JVDB movie; although, "The Rules of Attraction" was probably the most challenging role for him!

Alain- i'd definitely agree that ROA must've been extremely challenging, but at the same time I would think it must've been SO much fun. I'm still weirded out by the idea that he was filming the episodes where Dawson's dad died and ROA at the same time. That must've been the most bizarre juxtaposition of characters!!
I just had to say that "Castle in the Sky" should probably be added to this list. Seriously, it's also an awesome movie!! It's one of my little sister's new favorite anime films! __________________

I ashamed to admit that I have not seen Castle in the Sky yet. It's possible that I might chance my mind about a favorite movie when I do.
Unlikely, but possible. |

Hmm..tough decision.
Even though i really liked The Rules of Attraction, i have to say Varsity Blues. But it's very...very close. __________________

Glad I'm not alone in loving ROA but I've got to say that Varsity Blues is my favorite James movie. It is hard to say that because I love ROA and remember it better than VB.
