I think that is the only thing that make sense. If Liz has gotten it from both Max and Noah. Michael has to got them to after he was healed by Max. But knowing Carina, she might overlook it.

It's a very good and logical theory
Would make sense cause I've seen Vlamis say he was looking at Maria as if in love  so for mythology continuous it would make sense to have Michael feeling an Echo from Max related to having been healed twice by Max__________________
