I think they will have that type of relationship, I do think something may happen between them but once she finds out about Alex, then that will be it. They mentioned Michael as being Bi so I can see it being explored, but for me the writing is going for Malex

The best thing is to prepare ourselves that they could go there having MichaelMaria have a present-day fling
 BUT I really rather it be told though flashbacks that they had a fling. I could live with that without feeling as Malex was being tainted but don't think a present fling would work __________________
