Something they could do considering all the COVID stuff and the social distancing. Have Alex and Forrest in scenes out at Alex's cabin, give them some privacy and good reason for them to be apart from each other. Cause all that wide open spaces.

Kissing scenes are still very viable. Lots of testing and making sure to be safe, but I doubt we as the audience will notice much difference
