This episode has truly convinced me that Maria and Alex are not good friends....

Not good friends, she manipulated him into a sex romp with the guy she knows is probably the love of Alex's life.

She wanted Michael and she wanted to prove Michael's devotion to her. They had her go for the jugular.

What have the writers done to Maria, she used to actually care. And now I think season one Maria is a very different Maria in season two. Like they are writing her in two different ways.

She basically coerced him into a threesome with the love of his life to prove Michael will pick her. How gross.

There was no coercion or force of any kind. I'm mad at the writers for that move. I'm surprised more people didn't see it coming, but I see the writers achieved their goal. I think Alex and Maria's friendship is a writing problem. The core humans had a stronger friendship in the original series (even though Alex was still often left out of things). The writers need to do better with characterization and the friendships in general and worry less about trying to please everyone with ships. I really want some quality development with these 3.

The writers didn’t achieve anything, Maria and Michael will last until they decide to bring Alex back into the mix. Anyone who thinks Malex is done, especially after that convo with them is just hoping for something that isn’t going to happen. Maria and Alex’ relationship is terrible, it’s sad to see how they have reimagined that relationship.

When I said the writers achieved their goal, I wasn't talking about a ship, but you did prove my point. I don't care about who Michael is with. I was talking about the friendships being developed. That was an important part of the original series and I think the writers should give it more focus.

I just don't know how to feel about these three... they are so disjointed from each other.

And from what im seeing from Jeanine's IG live with Adam they really dont have scenes this season. Like Carina can we get the focus on the Human 3 like you have done with the Alien 3. It would be nice
