I think they mentioned something that she did something which lead her being locked up in a closed of prison(?). And Jesse fixed so she came to another open one and he told Cam that he can get her back to where she original were before. (Or did I dream this?)

You are right believe it was all Ep 8 or 7th into 8th She told a little to Max where learnt she was in maximum security prison and that Jesse had gotten her transferred where he threatened to have her moved back at the end of 8th
