Probably the scene where he's trying to push the ewok spears away. Harrison used his comedic talent to make the ewoks work. It was quite an accomplishment.

He did make those Ewoks work
 I think my favorite is him reacting to Leia on the bridge after her moment with Luke. The fact that he got over himself and came back to comfort her without asking more questions showed a lot of character growth. __________________
