Putin is involved in messing up civilization all over the world. He's got his fingers in everything. And Trump is his big wrecking ball. But actually, Trump and Putin are at odds over Maduro. Trump is actually taking the right side in this. He's been telling Putin to get out of Venezuela. Meanwhile, Maduro's goons are driving armoured vehicles over protesters. A while back, they shot 280 people trying to reach food and medicine supplies provided by America.

In Brazil? Well, Bolsonaro getting elected is kind of a result of Putin's efforts to influence global politics, so in a sense Putin is already doing stuff over there. And who knows what he's done to your internet, all the bull that Russian agents post around the net.
