Seriously? I can only remember clearly as far back as age 4, in 1974, because my sister was born in 1973. I have only fragments of 1973 and 1972 because we moved into our house in 1972, and I remember when there was no grass on the lawn yet and only soil. That's pretty much all I can remember. It was easier for me to form memories in 1974 when I was 4 years old because my sister was born and there was this little person there now.

I actually like the fact that I was born on an even year and the start of a decade, 1970, because I can divide my entire life by decades. The 70s are my childhood, the 80s are my "tween" years and adolescence, and the 90s are my young adulthood.

My father's like too. He was born during WW2 and he remembers things from during that time.
