That's good
 I got sleep but all over the place got 3 hours Tuesday, than 4-5 hours yesterday afternoon  and than slept like 9pm-3am__________________

Anxiety
 was probably gonna be around for the next month with how the final decision about disability will be given by the end of Feb 21st but now after the package got from my non-for-profit lawyer it has my anxiety up with how from what he sent me it is less than desirable to me and afraid of being denied__________________

The best thing to do with anxiety is recognize it doesn't serve a purpose and then dump it. I know that's hard, but it's the best tactic.
