No she doesn't.

She's mentioned in interviews that she likes them though and always admires her nan because she had to wear glasses and yet never did, she just left them hanging around her neck.

^ Same here! And it's weird, because when i look at photos from two years ago when I didn't wear glasses I think I look really ugly/weird without them.
