I had seen the episode screening on Saturday without the promo. And the promo completely changes the opinion I had of Zeke after the episode. Now I don’t know what to think of him.

I haven't seen the episode yet, only the finale promo, but I also don't think Zeke will end up being a bad guy. Idk, I just find him too boring for that.

I loved this episode. There was something for everyone, and even some much needed humor. Olive’s reaction to MySpace was priceless. And so was Zeke’s reference to being lumped with “Natural Born Killer”
Seeing how someone exploits the Callings was an interesting twist. The Stones as a research team were great. And lived Grace getting in on the legwork by visiting the former foster mom. Olive and Cal were adorable. And yes a teenager can work the Internet better than her parents. Michaela had a chance to shine away from the Jared messiness. Saanvi is finally getting an interesting story I don’t think Zeke is lying about that being his motejr’s Josie so I don’t think his mother is the Major even though that would Jace been interesting. I do wish it was someone we have met before. Jared is just being irritating even though he might have a point about Zeke’s. But Mick is a grown woman and has a brother who had already covered all that with her days earlier so he came across as both jealous and possessive and belittling. Not a flattering episode for him. I liked him much better the first half of the season. |

Well in Michaela's own words she "screwed that up". There was no reaching Griffin with such a long criminal past and fresh double-homicide charges. A wolf for sure and not one in sheep clothing, just a vicious wolf. For any Quantum Leaps fans he's like the evil leaper. I like his intro but hope his stay isn't long.
Olive: "Dad I put Griffin on MY board." So cute. Good make-up job on Saavni actress. Dark circles under her eyes. She really looked physically drained, especially in the scene where she tells Ben she's afraid that something terrible awaits them. So was Zeke's last name not on the missing person's flyer? And didn't Michaela return with one when she came back with the supplies? My interest is thoroughly piqued on his part in all this. Last edited by MsDeme70; 02-13-2019 at 12:46 PM |

His last name was definitely on the missing person’s flyer.
There’s discrepancies with the dates because if he were 15 when Chloe does on 2006, he would be 26 in 2017 not 36. But his name is there. I think Michaela and Zeke just did not want to give his last name to Jared. |

Finally watched the episode.
Olive's reaction to myspace was gold The CGI wolf is terrible and it needs to stop. Grace being involved is how it needs to be, and I really wish it had been that way since the beginning because she's pretty fantastic when they'll let her be. Love the Ben/Saanvi PTSD moment. I love that she has him to talk to. Wish they would let her have Michaela too, though. Sad thing is with Jared in this episode is that he's not wrong. Michaela trusting the callings is beyond stupid, but he invalidates his own point because of his motives for bringing it up. Just as Zeke getting arrested was the right thing considering what he was doing, but it was done for the wrong reason. Side note on that: I'm not sure I believe that story Zeke told about it being his mother's house. His excuse that he wanted to see how she was without messing with her or whatever doesn't add up at all. What if she was home? She'd have been terrified. Anyone with an ounce of common sense would know better. Griffin being the wolf seems to obvious, tbh, but sometimes going for the obvious is the best option. I'm not really interested in all of them having guilt stories. It's basically a rehash of Michaela's story, so it's pretty pointless. Although Griffin as a character is more interesting than Zeke, I'll give them that. What was with that Cal moment in the end? When Olive was sitting next to him. He seemed kinda spaced out. |
