ok-I assume we can discuss freely on here?

Interesting ep. Can't say I enjoyed the bank robbery scene but once he told them WHY he was there, I was on the edge of my seat! A good start to them solving the issue!

Michaela picked Zeke. Jared did come through there but it was too little too late.
And it's pretty obvious he's not gonna pursue her. She made her choice and it's done.

I like the idea of TJ and Olive-they both need someone desperately. But, TJ will have a death date too...so, don't know how much this will help her but they can still help each other, no matter how long it lasts.

I missed Cal this ep. Don't think he even had 1 scene? If he did, I missed it.

Hated the end-the Major took everything and disappeared. I thought Saanvi did a great job but then Vance saying "well, she's really tough..." or something-why didn't they have someone follow her...this disappointed me-that the Major one-ups them AGAIN!

That's all for now-I need to rewatch it again. Definitely not as good an ep as last week's but it would be very hard to top that.

What did you all think?

It seems whenever there's a time jump the episode is "quieter" (revealing a piece of the puzzle) and then drops a bomb at the end.

I quite like that the Major lived up to her expertise (psychological warfare). She already told us back in season 1 that she's been doing this a long time. Ben, Saavni even with Vance are new to the game.

I can't say I disagree with Adrian when it comes to knowing your death date, to live it with hope. I mean if it's inevitable don't spend it in misery. Olive and TJ with the believers good mix. He's puts me in the mind of a young Ben without the jaded-ness adult life can bring. I don't think he'll be taken in by Adrian.

That bank robbery was all kinds of loosey goosey crazy. Logan definitely was an amateur. Mick and Zeke working together always a plus for me. Saving each other. Love it.

Gracen dancing in the street was cute.

Poor Troy. I knew he was innocent.
Poor Evie's mom. Alzheimer's a monster.

Another great episode!!

Ben video message for Olive at the beginning was so sad

Zeke and Michaela always working together The story of the man who assaulted the bank was so sad, imagine having your family turning their back on you. Glad in the end the brothers made peace.

The compass and the peacock, I hope this could be another clue to figure out the mystery around the death dates. If there is someone that can solve this...is the Stone's siblings. Their relationahip is one of the best thing on this show.

Finally Michaela let go on her fears and opened her heart to Zeke The surprise on his face when she kissed him was so sweet.

Ben and Grace dancing on the street was cute

Oh no the Major took everything. What's gonna happens now?

The final montage with the song was really beautiful

I missed Cal too

I loved this episode.

Ben making the video for Olive’s wedding was sweet and sad. Loved that Grace has taken on a more supportive role this season encouraging him.

Loved the cinematography with Michaela’s calling in the street. The little meet up with Zeke in the bank was cute where she wondered if the Calling was about Zeke and he teased her.

Speaking of cute, TJ and Olive’s interactions were adorable. Not sure how her taking him to the cult is going to work out, but its always fun to see little Olive flashbacks.

I love TJ and Ben hunting down the clues together. It’s a cool relationship and brings another passenger into the main gang. Poor TJ was so hurt when he found out the death date that way.

I wasn’t too sold on the bank robbery until Zeke knocked off the hood and we realized it was a passenger. Then tying it into the death date (6224) AND TJ’s calling was brilliant, especially the whole peacock thing. Loved the brothers reuniting.

Ben and Grace’s moonlight dance was adorable.

Jared was more the guy I loved in season 1. He called Ben and he had Mick’s back. His flirty banter with the bartender was cute. I doubt they are more than a fling but it’s fun. Other than his getting dragged into the Xers, I worry how much he can stay part of the main story if he’s not tied directly to Michaela as her love interest or partner. I always enjoy Jared/Ben scenes.

Vance was hilarious - it isn’t junior high Saanvi.

Adrian continues to give me the creeps. You could feel the annoyance seeping off him in his talk with audience. Not sure where they are headed with that story either but I’m along for the ride.

Poor Troy. He’s just got a crush on Saanvi and he’s rewarded with that.

I definitely missed Cal this week.

And I’ve been progressively getting more and more fed up with Saanvi outside her research knowledge. The character has become so childish between the silent treatment, the hypocrisy (don’t lie to me but I’ll lie to you), and even the completely messy bedroom that looks like a teenager. She seems like a character from a completely different show they are trying to tie into the story by playing up her friendship with Ben one episode every so often as super important and then having him act like she doesn’t even exist most of the time. She needs more connections to the main cast than a potential ship for a married man if she’s going to be a viable interesting character after the Major storyline finishes up.

What if Saavni's boyfriend did not get on the plane because he knew what was going to happen? They keep talking about him-ya know he's gonna show up at some point. If this person wasn't important, he would not keep coming up in the script.

I think 8B/Alex is a she because they haven’t used pronouns. And yes I think it’s a good theory she did know something would happen.
