Legacies 1x06 - "Mombie Dearest " (Airs Dec 6th)
 

This episode was crazy good. At first I thought it wasn't Jo, just something made to look like her but it really was her..:cry: I was tearing up when she and Alaric were having their last conversation..broke my heart. I was glad she got a chance to see her daughters and have a proper goodbye and thank Caroline for looking after and taking care of her babies.

We finally know what Caroline is up to..she is trying to figure out a way to stop the merge from happening. A decent explanation for her not being there with them. I really hope we get to see her soon though or even at all.

It peeved me out that Lizzie didn't realize her sister was missing from THEIR Sweet 16 party until Raf 'broke up' with her. I guess they don't have a connection where they can sense when the other twin is in danger..b/c if they did, this would have been the time to show it. But instead Lizzie was all about herself.

Atleast Josie had Penelope, MG and Hope coming to her rescue. I guess they are doing some serious chemistry testing b/c I saw crazy amount of sparks with different ships. Hope giving Josie the necklace that saved her was :love:. Penelope noticing that Josie wasn't at the party was :love:. Hope teaching Raf how to dance was :love:.

Wow, this episode was really good!

The chemistry between each once of the cast members is insane.

The Hope/Raf scene was good. love the banter they have. lol

MG/Lizzie:love: when he went to running off a list of things she love. He's perfect for her I hope she sees it before it's to late. Their dance scenes were great too. Glad Rafael told Lizzie the truth tho.

Hope giving Josie the necklace:sigh: Penelope/Josie they were cute too.

The end scene with the Twins and Alaric saying goodbye to Joe again was sad. But I'm glad it was brought up the girls have no clue about the The Merge between twins:eek:

I like the nod to The Walking Dead:lol: that's what they call the zombies on their show.

ah so it was a nod? Alright then

I think so far this as been my favorite one.



I know it was mentioned and I was thinking about it before they mention how much Lizzie reminds me of Caroline.

I don't remember Caroline being so selfish and demanding though, not even at the beginning

During s1 of TVD she kinda was at least I think she was.

I can't reliably remember so I'm not going to argue :D

I really loved this one. It was so good! The show just keeps getting better.

I thought it was smart to bring Jo in at least for an episode so the audience could learn who their mother was and so that the girls could sort of meet her? Its too bad she couldn't have stuck around though... I actually teared up at the goodbye scene. She had good chemistry with those girls. And even though we had Alaric talking to Caroline its very odd she is still in the storyline because new fans to the show would be so confused on who she is.

I still love Josie and Hope. Their friendship is adorable and Hope giving her that necklace was precious. And then she helped save her... aww. I love that MG and Penelope also helped. Its nice to see some of the side characters get more focus!

To be totally honest I do not miss Landon... I'm not sure he adds a whole lot to the show, especially when he doesn't have any powers or anything. IDK...

MG/Lizzie were sweet and I felt bad for him when Raf stepped in but I just don't see chemistry there. I do love the friendship with MG and Penelope though.

Glad Raff told Lizzie he wasn't interested in her.

HOPE AND FREAKING RAF THOUGH. I'm sorry but I ship them so much. I've been shipping them since like episode 2. lol. I think they have a lot of chemistry and I love that they were forced in the room together! And their dance... totally felt vibes there.

Also Penelope and Josie are HOT! I don't LOVE them yet but they have potential.

I also LOVE Alaric on this show. He just adds something special to the series. I don't think Id like it near as much if he weren't there. It just really pulls everything together and still ties it into TVD which is great.

Between the general story and Hope's reaction to Landon I am kinda hoping Klaus and Elijah show up at some point. I just can't get this image out of my head about Landon being Hope's prom date. He knocks on her door and Klaus and Elijah are there waiting for him; if you think Rebekkah had a hard time getting a date.

Klaus: "so what are your intentions..."

Elijah Niklaus...

and then we have a line from Elijah like: "you break her heart I rip out yours...ah the lovely lady is here"

Generally I don't have MAIN SHIP yet but Raf/Josie and Hope/Landon are good.

Back to the story I quit vampire diaries after the Originals started. I also quit the Originals before the Final season so I don't know much of the background of Jo or what happens to the twins when they turn 22 but this was an amazing episode. Actors doing an amazing job and good cast show a lot of chemistry So far this series more than hold its own to Vampire Diaries and Originals at their peak.

Note I quit VD cause the doppelgangers kept showing up Originals because there was no credible threat to the Mikaelsons

how would they show up if they are dead? lol
