This was probably one of my least favorite episodes. it wasn't bad, just to boring for me.

It was nice seeing them sing again.

Alyssa warning MG in the beginning I thought was interesting. But it turned out to be part of her plan to lure him there.

Next week looks much better.

Maybe its the romantic in me but I think Alyssa was on the fence. I mean even after he knocked out MG I think she is having second thoughts.

Maybe I missed it but what kind of monster was the one this week?

Yeah she did seem to feel bad.cause MG was one of the few people who genuinely cares and is trying to bring her back to school.

I think he mention something about a fairy type. messing with their memory.

The song lampshading all those social events in early TVD was fun.

I also love the shade from Landon about TVD. especially the part about Bonnie disappearing long periods of times. I use to hate TVD for that

bonnie wasnt the only one, they did that with tyler and jeremy too

They never was part of the main cast like Bonnie was.

True but wasn't Matt part of the main cast too? I cant remember now. They gave a lot of characters the shaft, thats for sure. Bonnie did get crappy storylines though.



This episode was very meh! Lol.

The songs were really bad. Like, really badly written. I think it would have worked better if they had done covers? IDK, I just thought the whole thing was a little weird. Danielle/Hope had a decent voice but no offense to Jenny, I really hated her voice. I think she did her best but its just not for her. The best song imo was the brothers song. Of course Kaylee has a great voice.

Also the musical itself had no purpose really and was a little choppy. I did like that "Caroline/stefan" had a scene, and they showed how Elena fell for Damon. But it felt like a waste of time/ definitely a filler.

The monster of the week was just a bit strange, he didn't really have much of a purpose. He was supposed to be a "good" monster? A bit random. I did like some of the scenes with MG though.

Alaric's storyline with the cop is sweet, ish, but he is also lying to her so idk.

Dont even get me started on the washing machine that his hope and landon. I am so over them.


What i did like:

-CAROLINES VOICE OVER!!! SO CUTE. I wish Candice would actually come back, it makes no sense she's not there.

-JOSIE AND JADE. Their kiss was so cute. But it freaking sucks she is leaving???? I hope she comes back and its just temporary.

-The ending bit with MG and Alyssa. She is horrible but at least she is playing the part well. I like the theory that she dies this year lol. (which sucks because i like the asian representation but she gotta go)

-Jed. Period. He is hot and i am glad he is getting more screentime.


So next episode is what would have been the finale? Is that right? lol. I hope that means a lot happens and then we can finally get some new SL's going.

I love Landon and Hope but their how should I put this cycle of breaking up and getting back together every two-three episodes just shows that their relationship is childish.

Comparing what the writers are doing to Hope and Landon's relationships to Hailey and Elijah a baby vamp and a true Original.

I honestly want Landon to be absorbed by Malivore and let him Go darkside at this point.

Hope/Landon is rather tiresome.

Me too, Bonnie was my favourite character. At least she wasn't sent to eat fried chicken in a prison world for eternity I suppose...

To be positive about this week's episode, I liked that the focus on the main cast. One of my bugbears with the show is when a guest star comes in for a major storyline of a few episodes whilst Kaleb or MG just stand around with not much to do.

Still love Jenny and give her props for tying, I wonder if she really wanted to do it or if they kinda forced her to lol...

Super childish. Their arguments are so dumb. And have they had sex yet? It hasnt been mentioned since Landon thought about it with Josie back in season 2.

If Landon is going to stay a human I think Alaric should train him to be like he used to be and able to fight.
