the tvd board will discuss the show like it did with the originals, as part of the franchise, so up to each person where they wanna talk about it. i heard it was the same with the originals board before it got merged with tvd. just took some time for the merging to happen but the originals discussion was already happening on tvd board because of the amount of crossovers, mentions, and same characters between shows.

over on TVD - we will still have episode discussion threads weekly and have threads for the show once it starts up. Alaric and Hope are already involved with the franchise

So it will be a personal decision whether people want to post on the main franchise board or if they want to keep this board going like TO did to see if the board can survive solo outside of the main board

The Originals board was merged with TVD because they were having a problem with board traffic. The moderators back then all agreed to merge the two together.
