I can't remember this show having anything really other than demons & they had the one pixie. OG had a few different things. I'd like it if this show could explore more than what OG had. Maybe some other mythological creatures but I'm not sure what. Or simply put a different spin on some of what the OG had. Like they had a Siren but there's so much more that they could explore or do with that species.

I loved that fairy episode, I wouldn't of minded if they had more of them in the lore. I also loved how they did it without making the show too kiddy and Disney which is what the show became later on *shudders*

I don't know, I wouldn't say it wasn't kiddy. But it certainly wasn't too far or childish let alone Disney. It was a fun episode, but it needed to be because of the fairies. It worked quite well. A bit like how this show did the pixie episode in the first season. (Although I prefer the original fairy one to the pixie one of the remake)
A part of me likes that this show went with pixies instead of fairies & wouldn't mind if they didn't use fairies since the original had them a couple of times. It is a nice change, but still having something similar. __________________

Nope. the first season was released late September last year so I'm hoping for the same for the second season. I just haven't seen anything about it.
