I don't really understand why he didn't teleport to save himself when he fell out the window & then in the final moment (other than they wanted a cliffhanger). There seems to be unfair restrictions against when he can teleport

I think it's been said that teleporting does have bad effects on him. And maybe there was something blocking him from teleporting, too?

It could be either. If it is that something was blocking him or it takes things out of him then I don't like this change from the original. Doesn't seem fair. At least he wasn't too shaken from falling out the window though. That's something

I'm thinking that that's more likely. Charity and then Harry takes back over even though he is going to need a lot of emotional help when he returns.
