Hi guys, sorry to bother you if I'm asking this in the wrong place but I want to know what is the easiest & fastest way to make animated gif from a large animation (like this one)?
Is there some kind of software(free) or site online?

there is actually no easiest and fasters way to make an animation, and can't explain without know the program.

I think the free graphic program Gimp also has an animation program

Does anyone have any good tutorial links for using layer masks, or really whatever technique, in making nice, seamless blends? I suck terribly at blends, and I really want to learn how to do a better job.
