OK, you all are amazing with your avatars and banners. My question is ... how do you get those clear screen shots? And how did you all learn GIMP? It's like a foreign language for me.

Now, i don't know what you mean by clear screen shots. Do you, perhaps mean pressing the PRINT SCREEN button on the keyboard and pasting it into a graphic program?
