must have overlooked that by accident. You can take screencaps from youtube videos, but they aren't that big and are most of the time in bad quality. So I wouldn't advice that.

tvguide - Your icon should be 100x100 pixels, within the FF size limit (which is stated when you upload your icon) and you upload it by going to the User CP at the top left hand corner of your screen then there will be an option for uploading your svatar,
