Click on that and you get lots of options. I usually use these:

Brigtness/Contrast
Curves
Vibrance
Hue/Saturation
Color Balance
Selective Color

And when I started with PS I just played around with the coloring until I got better. I suggest that you try Selective Color first and just change the coloring there. There are 9 different colors and you can use them all if you want. But usually you just need few of them. I usually use Red, Yellow, Whites, Black, Negative. Sometimes I use Cyans too

Hey guys I have a question does anyone know how to get animated gifs to blend into a banner? I'm having trouble with that step and I'm not sure why. I'd love to know how to do it. I'm using CS2 of Photoshop which is the 9th version.

Now I have a Mac i'm struggling to keep the size of my icons down. I used to save them as png and they'd be between 29k to 35k, but using the mac they're way above 40k to 60k. I'm doing nothing different. It's taken me a couple of weeks, but I figure saving them to web and having them as gifs makes them 10k in size. I need others opinions on this, but do saving icons as gifs lower the quality? It's doing my head in... does anyone have any tips? Am I doing something wrong?

Are any slightly less quality? I want to know before i make anymore arts as its hard for me to see on a mac. Everything looks LQ. I'd be so grateful to anyone who answers

I can see a slight difference in just two of them. Other then that I don't see any difference. But gifs makes the icons little less in quality.

And I'm not sure what's wrong. I never made icons when I had Mac in school. I hope someone who does have mac can help you with this.
