Mimica's Art #1 | that would be like pouring rain drops back into a cloud
 My name is Mimi-Caiya (pronounce: me-me-kay-uh), or Mimica (pronounce: mim-ee-kah) for short, and I have been making art since I could hold a paint brush/pencil (or at least my parents would say that). Over the years I have dabbled in various types of arts but my main passion is painting and sketches. My sketching includes sketching in photoshop, but often I just open a file and sketch something and then never save. I am excellent at destroying my work, never saving it, or putting it away somewhere to never look at it again. With a lot of encouragement from Chelle I was told to make a thread in hope it would encourage me to share work a little more than simply ignoring its existence and just using it as a hobby to entertain myself. When it comes to making computer graphics, I mainly have made icons and small graphics/banners. Unfortunately the loss of my cousin last year left me lacking any creative motivation, and the only thing I was curious about was trying to do the GT graphics she made to make this site beautiful. In the last few months the motivation has returned so hopefully I will combine motivation with sharing with those who are interested here. | Sorry, but I currently do not take requests. Thank you Jordan, Jen, Si, Paula, and could never leave you.
I recently moved and started a new job so getting everything settled, ect. is my priority but I did do two quick drawings the other night.   I then also attempted a very poorly done coloured drawing which was so poorly done that I had to keep the original photo under it as there were holes in my colouring. I used to be able to do them but it has been quite some time since I last did one.  Quote:
