I remember the lighting on the photo I drew that from was quite unusual, hence the shadowing and the way his teeth look. I used up a lot more black pen than usual on that drawing!

I might start hand-drawing again soon. I stopped years ago because of my arthritis, but I really want to draw again.

Here are a couple of my paintings from the Eighties. I did the collage one for a project. I couldn't scan these are they were way too big. The paintings were glued to backgrounds and are all buckled, so I couldn't flatten them out and had to photograph them on the carpet, hence the edging, which I have left on the pictures.
