Well, at one point, I had Graphics Team, Moderators Support Team, and Affiliates Team (Communications Team now) all at once before. And then I became a Moderator Manager.

I think you should submit! The worst that could happen is they could ask you to make two more once you've submitted. Or you could make the team on the first try. Who knows? Besides, once you do join, there will be a few familiar faces there, like me.

Try to do the text after resizing because it usually does not turn out too well being resized . They look good, the background could stand out a little bit more but that is a minor thing. Do you add any colour adjustment layers to them?

If you choose to apply, which I hope you do, remember that we prefer it if you can use different photoshoots in at least one of the graphics.

I will try the text after resizing and I had another shot of him that I wanted to put but it looked weird but I wil try again.

Rae, yes i do add different colors, I think I like it more when it soft background so that is probably why I have hard time putting a background that is standing out more. I have no boyfriend home tonight so no one to interrupt me, so I will try to put another banner together.

It's actually my relaxing process, people go to the gym or to yoga class, I do banners or OPs

The position of your text on that one is better Lucy, although it is still over her face but you have made the image too small now or it has been resized when you uploaded it. It looks like you have cut off her head at the top too.

Perhaps you could revisit at a later time, Lucy? Maybe work with different pictures?

A different celebrity maybe or Taylor with her head down so you have less background to cover so you can practice the basics more?

I agree, and I would suggest to wait with the text. I think that it's more important to focus on getting the size right, and to make the graphic blend. Basically focus on the basics because I feel like the text is the least issue, and I know that I still struggle with getting it right.
