We currently have an official opening (although you can apply at any time) and I was wondering if anyone wanted any advice and tips before applying?

I think it looks a lot better than your previous ones. But you need to make sure that the pictures (heads) are completely in frame as they need to blend in a background, they cannot be cut off. Also, I'd use more variations of shades in your background brushes to make it more interesting and use a different colour of font, with maybe an outline around it.

For the blending:

You can't have half cut off pictures in a banner, you need to either reposition them or make them slightly smaller.

I wanted to have a try at making a banner and ended up making this. I'm unsure about the font since I had a bit of trouble with it. It looks a bit small.

Oh I quite like that.

I agree about the font though, maybe if you made the outline bigger? Also I'm not sure these pictures are very practical for a banner because of all the different ways her head is leaning because it makes the banner look quite centered, while we try to spread it out more. The thing that helps me a lot with that is trying to rotate the pictures a little bit so they look more straight, you know? That way it's easier to make them fill in the space.

But amazing try.
