Could I get this gif into an animated icon please

if possible - no frame AND go backwards I guess where want as much as possible from her face. So probably can do the whole turn but do I eve make sense

if a border is needed then please can it be a shade of blue to match the tones of the gifs, also I don't need the writing on the top one thank you.

all the blues I could find in the gif

It's okay, Kate it's cool at least she has a lot to choose from and actually I think it's funny that you did all the blues for border you could.

I always use the eye dropper to pick colors for the frames, it's just easier on the eyes

I wasn't quite sure what Emma was going for, so I picked all the shades of blue I could find in those pixels

that's interesting I've never used that tool before in PS..I'll have to try it sometime that is if I can find it.
