I'm gonna use my own practice banners to try to explain tips.

I think your middle James picture would look better at the right side (I think) because he's facing that way and could be like staring in the distance. And then the right picture doesn't seem like it's just like your pictures are just placed but actually belong together.

It's "better" for celebrity banners to make your pictures go from larger to smaller. That way you have 1) a lot of space to place your text, 2) is your banner automatically more filled and 3) don't they look just "placed there" like I said before.

is it better, I tried to put the first one bigger, the second one less bigger and the last one smaller and I also tried to put them a bit closer to each other. I only worked on the James pics since I had closed all my demi's ones

If you want tips, there is this thread where more of the graphics team members may notice and be able to help you out .

Personally I feel your backgrounds need a lot more done to them, they are very simple currently. I would suggest using a variety of different brushes and adding a little more colour/colour variations to them. The placing on the latest is looking the best.

Plus that you can handle making arts of him, they are lucky to have someone like you to do that. I mean Leyla can't even make an art without taking it so hard so she is sparred of that so that's good thing.
